Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please note: We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not receiving the order due to local shipping failures)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
Return & Exchange Instructions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Please use the Local Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive a return parcel for returning through other carriers, the buyer needs to undertake the loss.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note:
1, Return address isn't the address on your package, so please contact our customer service from info@jazzzcity.com firstly and get a return authorized.
2, Product with “engravings”, "customized", "personalized", "photo", "personal custom jewelry", and final sale are unavailable for return and exchange.
3, Buyers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
4, Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
5, For the United Kingdom and EU countries, 20% of Value-added taxes (VAT) will be deducted.
Once you have contacted us and your claim has been inspected, and our team deems that it is a refund scenario, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should appear in your bank within 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jazzzcity.com
